Group Fitness Class Descriptions

  • Body Fusion - Pilates & Yoga blend class that incorporates balls, bands, chairs, and body resistance to build strength, balance, and better posture.  Appropriate for all fitness levels!

  • Cycle - A great cardio & leg workout.  Instructor will teach you safe and proper techniques to maximize your workout.  All fitness levels welcome.  Please bring water bottle & towel to class. Class reservations are recommended.

  • Cycle & Lift - The ultimate cross training workout that rotates between intervals of cycling and resistance training.

  • Pilates - Performed on a mat, Pilates teaches purposeful movements that can help maintain a strong and healthy core.  This class integrates breathing, flexibility, strength, precision, & body awareness to lengthen, define, & sculpt muscles.

  • Hip Hop Hustle™ - A format that breaks down simple hip hop & dance moves so anyone can dance!

  • Kickboxing - A cardio kickboxing class that utilizes upper & lower body muscle groups.  A variety of boxing & martial arts moves with an aerobic flare.  Maximizes your cardio and flexibility.

  • PiYo™ - The perfect fusion equaling strength building, rhythmic movement & power with a foundation in Pilates & yoga that burns calories while transforming the body.

  • Power 60 - The perfect 60 minute workout combining high cardio, strength, & core training.

  • Senior Fitness - This class focuses on balance, strength, & flexibility.  Fun movements to increase your cardio & fitness.

  • Strength Training - A class designed to work all of your major muscle groups in 1 hour utilizing functional exercises and equipment such as hand weights, bands, body bars, step platforms, and stability balls.

  • Turbo Kick® - An addictive workout that combines boxing, sports drills & simple dance moves in a party atmosphere.  It's an interval based workout that allows participants of any fitness level to tailor their workout.

  • Yoga - A Vinyasa-based yoga class that approaches strength from a different angle, emphasizing muscle endurance rather than pure power.  All  poses focus on enhancing strength, flexibility, focus, & balance while toning the entire body.

  • Zumba® - Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!  Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

  • Zumba® Gold - Lower impact, beginner level Zumba®.

  • Zumba Toning™ - Zumba® moves & body sculpting for a high caloric BURN!    COMING SOON!
