A Next Step personal trainer can design a personalized program that addresses your fitness goals. The trainer will direct you through an initial discovery process by gathering necessary information about body composition, health history, flexibility, strength, balance and nutrition assessments, which will be the foundation to developing a personalized training program.

Rachel holds a BS in Education. She has her NASM Foundation certifications in personal training. Before becoming a personal trainer she taught dance. Her favorite part about being a trainer is pushing clients to reach their fitness goals. Rachel loves to work abs and glutes. Currently, she works as a trainer at Total Woman's Meridian location.



Simone is a trainer at the Total Woman Meridian location. She is excited to help our women get the results they are looking for. Simone will complete her CPT in February. She is a great addition to the staff at Total Woman Meridian.
